The Global Eagle X6 Pro Motorcycle Camera is a full HD 1080p dual-lens motorcycle dashcam system. It comes with two (front & rear) camera lenses, a GPS sensor and a DVR (Digital Video Recorder).
Both camera lenses are IP67 waterproof and are machined from aluminium. Also included is a display to warn riders that they are approaching a speed camera location, this is displayed in the form of blue LED lights that count down the closer you get to the location.
The lenses have a 7 glass element construction and are equipped with the STARVIS SENSOR. The STARVIS technology enhances low light environment and night vision function of the dash cam like never seen before. The results are absolutely amazing.
The X6 Pro also comes with a Wi-Fi connection so you can transfer the recorded video files directly to your smartphone via an app and send them immediately to friends or upload them to your social media channels.
Also included in the box is a high quality Class 10 128Gb memory card so you have everything you need for a complete installation
Global Eagle STARVIS Night Vision Technology
The human eye can only detect a limited amount of visible light in the range of wavelengths between 390 to 700 nanometers. Spectral enhancement technology, also called night vision contrast enhancement technology, comes from military night vision and surveillance camera technology. It enables people to see more of the spectral bands that are usually invisible to the human eye.
Just because people can’t see something, it does not mean that there is no reflection of other light sources (such as near-infrared or ultraviolet light) around them, which can be utilised to enhance the visible image. Some animals can see a broader spectrum at night, based on this principle.

Why do I want low light vision sensors?
GNVT (Global Eagle Night Vision Technology) ensures, that things are clearly visible on your video, even if you have bad weather, low light conditions or during your night ride. Cameras without spectral image technology usually overexpose details. Not with the STARVIS technology!
GNVT enhances the blurred contours of a low-light image through digital noise filtering. You get a full-colour high-light image.

FAQ
It’s really easy to update the data set for your GPS antenna. We have created a blog post to talk you through it as well as a YouTube video. You can find both here: “How to update”
You don’t need to! The camera will start, when the ignition is turned on, and stopped, when it’s turned off. However, if you do not want to record or pause a recording, you can press the blue button of the function switch once. Press again to resume recording.
A 128GB card will record approx 9 hours of front and rear footage. Once the card is full, the camera will then overwrite the oldest files on the card first.
If you are using the G-Sensor, you need to be aware that any files in quarantine will not be overwritten. Which means your quarantine files are always safe, but it also means the capacity of the available space to overwrite files is reduced.
