It’s all down to clever engineering. Using a one-piece TIR optic and a precision robot-sealed housing, Denali has cut down on parts and assembly time, which keeps costs low – without cutting corners. The LEDs, circuits, and beam design are the same high-grade components you’d expect from a premium light. What you get is a virtually indestructible, fully waterproof light pod that offers more illumination for your money than anything else out there.

You can choose from white, amber, or selective yellow beam options, and like all Denali gear, the DL2 Driving Lights are plug-and-play with all of Denali’s lighting harnesses and controllers – making installation a breeze. The DL2 has a spot-on hybrid driving beam, making it the perfect main auxiliary light for smaller to medium-sized bikes. It’s compact and light enough to fit lower fender mounts on bigger adventure bikes too.

Each DL2 Driving Light is loaded with top-spec CREE LEDs, driven at 8 watts a piece. That means you get a seriously powerful beam from a solid 9-LED setup, giving you all the light you need to see – and be seen – on any road or trail.

Oversized TIR Optics – Optimised Hybrid Beam

Thanks to Denali’s custom-designed TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics, the DL2 Driving Lights throw light farther and wider than traditional reflector setups. This perfected hybrid driving beam gives you excellent coverage for distance and width, all from a compact, easy-to-mount housing.

DataDim™ – Simple Plug-&-Play Dimming

No fuss, no hassle – the DL2’s 3-wire setup makes dimming reliable and easy. It plugs straight into any Denali light harness, DialDim or CANsmart controller. That means quick installation and maximum control over your lighting.

DrySeal™ – 100% Waterproof Construction

Riding through rain, rivers, or mud? No problem. The DL2 Driving Light Pods use a patented sealing method, robotically sealing the lens and potting the cable entry. Even if the connectors get wet or are removed, these lights are fully, 100% waterproof and submersible.

Tough Where It Counts – Built to Last

These lights are made to take a beating. With 4mm thick, powder-coated steel brackets and a hefty heatsink, they can handle serious vibration (rated to 21grms!). The tough polycarbonate lenses are UV-hard-coated too, so they won’t fade or crack under pressure.

Street-Legal Performance – ECE Certified Beam

The DL2’s hybrid beam pattern is ECE approved, making it legal for road use as a primary or auxiliary high beam across the EU (don’t forget: amber and yellow lenses are not compliant for street-legal high beam use).

DataDim™ Module
Want your lights to automatically switch intensity with your factory high beam switch? Just add this clever little module to any harness and you’re sorted.
DialDim™ Lighting Controller
If you want the ultimate manual setup, this is it. The DialDim controller lets you independently control two sets of lights – on/off and dimming – using a single halo dimmer switch. It’s seriously smart and gives you full control over your lighting system. Plus, you get extra features like:
- Sync high/low beam
- Strobe with horn
- Flash with turn signals
- Cancel with turn signals
- Electronic fuse setting
- Battery voltage monitoring

Please Note: There are DialDim units available for some bikes with all the plug and play connections pre-made simplifying the install process so check these out if you have such a model. If your bike is not covered then simply use the standard kit in the link above.

CANsmart™ Controller
If your motorcycle is electronically managed by a CANbus technology you will need to add a CANbus controller to install auxiliary lights. Controllers are available for a wide range of bikes and make installation and adjustment of your lights really easy. It’s seriously smart and gives you full control over your lighting system without the addition of ANY additional switches on your handlebars.

Plus, you get extra features like:

- Sync high/low beam to your bikes headlight
- Strobe with horn
- Cancel with turn signals (Only when Turn signals are CANbus managed)
- Electronic fuse setting
- No additional Switches

A Quick Note About Universal Fit: The DL2 Driving Lights are designed as a universal fit item, meaning they’re made to work with a wide range of bikes and vehicles.
Depending on your setup, you might need a vehicle-specific fit kit (sold separately) or a few small tweaks to get everything mounted just right.
While these lights fit loads of different machines, Denali can’t guarantee a perfect fit on every single model — so be sure to check the product details carefully for any special installation requirements before you buy.
