moto-mate ltd is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “moto-mate”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).

2. WHAT WE NEED AND WHY
MOTO-MATE will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (known as Special Category Data). This does however include name, address, e-mail, telephone number.
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide goods and services to you, process your orders, provide you with marketing, tell you about our products and services. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We will only use your first name and the first letter of your last name, as well as your bike make and model. After approval, it will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
