Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with my recent purchase from yourselves. It looked particularly well made upon inspection when opening the extremely well packed box, always a good sign when things are packed correctly. Although I'm no mechanical genius I took my time and read the instructions and watched YouTube and the thing jumped on the bike with no issues at all. 

I think what I'm trying to say is that it looks like BMW have made it, its such a quality item and the lads at my group thought it was a BMW product, very impressed indeed. So many thanks, I will be recommending you to others and of course you're not overly expensive, another good thing. 

I'm a bloke who is quick to politely complain when things are not right but equally quick to say thanks when things are right. So all the best.

Hello again, Phil, just a few words to say Thank You for answering my questions on the Global Eagle X6, I got it fitted a couple of weeks ago and yes, there was ample length of cable for the cameras and to connect to the power. The picture quality is great and a very sharp image 10 out of 10! Thanks again!

Phil came down to Stevenage today to install Gooeylight Knight kit, Vectolabs canbus controller, Global Eagle x6 dash front/rear cameras on my 2018 bmw1200rt-le. Phil is a top man, his attitude, knowledge and his customer service excellent, had a lot to do but all wires hidden and everything working perfect. Would recommend moto-mate 100%, will use again if need anything else...

Good afternoon Phil, Thank you very much for fitting my new Denali Sound bomb horn to my R 1250 GS this morning. Having had the same horn on my previous bike it was a no brainer to repeat the process for my new BMW as I feel that the extreme sound could be a life saver if required. The "After Sales" service I received from moto-mate was absolutely amazing! Truly 1st class.

I purchased running lights (spot lights) from Moto-Mate earlier this week, apon fitting them to my motorcycle I couldn't get them to function. I phoned Phil explaining the situation, (and because I don't have "Whatsapp" he couldn't solve the problem over the phone) so he do's no more than say "If you are at home tomorrow I will come to you and try and sort it out". Now bearing in mind he lives in Cambridge and I reside in South Essex, (not a five minute journey) how unusual is that!!

Sho'nuf, about 09:40 next morning, there he is, took him about 5 minutes to have the lights working, most embarassing for me. But hey, such service in this day and age is most refreshing. J.B.

Based on discussions with Phil and others I went for the full monty for my BMW RS1200: got the D4 lights, the Denali Split Soundbomb horn and the Innovv K2 camera system installed with the necessary CANSmart controller. As I’m useless with electricity, Phil came all the way from Cambridgeshire to my garage and performed a professional and quick installation of all the goodies, plus also kindly connected the heated seat! The product looks great, visibility on the road is super enhanced and if you pass me, you will be on camera ?! Thanks Moto-Mate for the great job and the friendly chat! Highly recommended for your motorbike electric needs, especially if you have a Beemer as he also rides an RS ?
