Yes. It works just as well on cars, bicycles and other vehicles where water gets trapped in hard-to-reach areas.
Errm, Difficult to answer without being negative but a compressed airline puts out very high pressure (typically 6 Bar) though a small apperture which can lift graphics and possibly damage paintwork. The Bruhl dryers use an adequate pressure through a larger diameter to eliminate this risk.
