The DL6 Pods – Hybrid Driving Beam with Maximum Output

Each pod houses 6 high-output LEDs, delivering 5,100 lumens per light (that’s a total of 10,200 lumens per pair). The DL6 throws a perfected hybrid beam with wide coverage and strong forward projection – making it ideal as a main driving light on larger machines. Its rectangular housing adds a clean, modern look and makes it easy to mount on crash bars or fork legs of your adventure tourer.

Each DL6 pod is packed with six top-bin CREE LEDs giving you 5,100 lumen per pod, delivering a total of 10,200 lumens per pair. That’s serious lighting power – perfect for riders who need maximum visibility for long-distance road or trail riding.

Oversized TIR Optics – Clean, Balanced Beam

Denali’s custom Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics are designed for performance. The DL6 creates a perfected hybrid beam pattern with excellent reach and width, giving you the clarity and spread needed for both speed and safety.

DataDim™ – Plug-&-Play Dimming Integration

Like the rest of the DL series, the DL6 features Denali’s 3-wire setup, allowing plug-and-play dimming through your factory high-beam switch when used with a CANsmart controller or DialDim system. No complicated wiring or adapters needed.

DrySeal™ Construction – 100% Waterproof and Submersible

These lights don’t mind getting dirty. A robotically sealed lens and internally potted cable entry ensure the DL6 is fully waterproof and submersible – even if the connectors are removed.

With a chunky heatsink, robust housing, and 4mm powder-coated steel brackets, the DL6 is designed to take a beating. The polycarbonate lens features a UV-hard coating to resist wear, road debris, and long hours under the sun.

ECE Certified Hybrid Beam

The DL6’s beam pattern is ECE approved for street-legal use as a primary or auxiliary high beam in the EU. Amber and yellow lenses are great for fog or off-road use but aren’t approved for road-going high beam use.

Premium Powersports Harness
This harness gives you overmoulded wires for extra durability, plus a premium illuminated switch with a full handlebar mounting kit. A simple, clean, pro-looking install.
DataDim™ Module
Want your lights to automatically switch from 50% on dipped beam to 100% on main? The DataDim module is an easy way to do this, but given the output power of the DL6 we would recommend the DailDim or CANsmart controller for adjusting these lights, and not the DataDim. DialDim™ Lighting Controller
If you want the ultimate setup, this is it. The DialDim controller lets you independently control two sets of lights – on/off and dimming – using a single halo dimmer switch. It’s seriously smart and gives you full control over your lighting system. Plus, you get extra features like:
- Sync high/low beam
- Strobe with horn
- Flash with turn signals
- Cancel with turn signals
- Electronic fuse setting
- Battery voltage monitoring

Please note: There are DialDim units available for some bikes with all the plug and play connections pre-made simplifying the install process so check these out if you have such a model. If your bike is not covered, then simply use the standard kit in the link above.

CANsmart™ Controller
If your motorcycle is electronically managed by a CANbus technology you will need to add a CANbus controller to install auxiliary lights. Controllers are available for a wide range of bikes and make installation and adjustment of your lights really easy. It’s seriously smart and gives you full control over your lighting system without the addition of ANY additional switches on your handlebars.

- Plus, you get extra features like:
- Sync high/low beam to your bikes headlight
- Strobe with horn
- Cancel with turn signals (Only when Turn signals are CANbus managed)

- No additional Switches

A Quick Note About Universal Fit: The DL6 Driving Lights are designed as a universal fit item, meaning they’re made to work with a wide range of bikes and vehicles.
Depending on your setup, you might need a vehicle-specific fit kit (sold separately) or a few small tweaks to get everything mounted just right.
While these lights fit loads of different machines, Denali can’t guarantee a perfect fit on every single model — so be sure to check the product details carefully for any special installation requirements before you buy.
